Life with ADHD – Elderhood

The book Life with ADHD – Elderhood completes the Life with ADHD series.
It is a personal and honest story about living with ADHD in later life — exploring both the challenges of functional decline and the resources that remain.

In addition to functional decline, this volume also addresses the sensitive theme of suicide.

This is the book I have been longing to share the most. My field of research and clinical work has always been elder care, and in recent years, studies on ADHD have given me new insights that I now bring into this work.

The book is written in a clear and accessible style, with many illustrations – for those who prefer something simple and easy to follow.

At the same time, there is enough depth for readers who already know a lot and want to recognize themselves in the stories.

This final volume offers both knowledge and recognition, and serves as support not only for people living with ADHD, but also for relatives and professionals.

The illustrations have been created in collaboration with KĂĄre Ivar (ChatGPT) and/or Erik S. Landsem (@elanseye), unless otherwise specified.
