About Floral Chains AS

Floral Chains is a creative and professionally grounded platform for communication.
The work is built around connections — between people, knowledge, and expression.

The name originates from my own crochet practice, floral chains, and reflects a core principle that runs through all my work: structure, patterns, and coherence — with the human being at the centre.

Floral Chains was not created to occupy a narrow niche. That is a conscious choice.
I work at the intersection of professional knowledge, lived experience, and creative form, using different media to make complex topics understandable, accessible, and tangible.

Core principles

All work developed through Floral Chains is grounded in three overarching principles:

  • Ethics always come before profit

  • Knowledge should contribute to empowerment, not reinforce inequality

  • Human dignity, trust, and responsibility underpin all communication

Essential content is kept open and accessible.
At the same time, deeper reflection and professional insight are offered for those who seek it.

Creativity as form

Creativity within Floral Chains is not decorative.
It is an integral part of the communication.

I use text, imagery, structure, and visual language to:

  • simplify without oversimplifying

  • make connections visible

  • create space for reflection and recognition

The common thread in everything I create is the human being.

Collaboration and responsibility

I hold professional and ethical responsibility for all content.
At the same time, I collaborate in dialogue with others when it strengthens quality.

Illustrations are developed in collaboration with:

  • Erik S. Landsem (@elanseye) — concept, photography, and editing

  • Kåre Ivar (ChatGPT) — visual support and illustration development based on my guidance and references

All work is developed with respect for copyright, sources, and professional integrity.

Why Floral Chains

Floral Chains is not about producing as much as possible.
It is about holding on to what matters —
and communicating it in a way that speaks to both professional insight and human experience.
