Professionally grounded communication with a focus on the book series Life with ADHD
Hi, and welcome! 🌿
I am a medical doctor with a PhD in geriatric psychiatry, and an author running my own independent publishing work.
My writing and professional communication focus on ADHD across the lifespan, ageing, mental health, and lived experience. The work is professionally grounded, yet written to be clear, accessible, and meaningful to both professionals and the general public.
I place strong emphasis on explaining complex topics in a way that is understandable, reflective, and human.
New article in the IACAPAP Bulletin
I’m pleased to share a new article about the Life with ADHD book series published in the IACAPAP Bulletin.
The article presents the idea behind the series and explores how ADHD symptoms can be understood across the lifespan.
I also look forward to presenting a poster on this work at the upcoming IACAPAP conference in Hamburg.
The Life with ADHD series is now complete.
The Life with ADHD series explores ADHD not only as a diagnosis, but as a life experience — from early childhood to elderhood.
All titles are now available as e-books and audiobooks.
The books are professionally grounded, yet require no prior knowledge.
Printed editions will also be made available.
📚 “Life with ADHD” in CHADD’s National Resource Center Library
I’m so grateful to share that the first two books in the Life with ADHD series have been added to the library of CHADD – Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, the national resource organization for ADHD in the United States.
This means that the books are now available to parents, professionals, researchers, and individuals with ADHD through CHADD’s library and catalog system.
Life with ADHD – Childhood and Life with ADHD – Adolescence explore what it means to live with ADHD – with knowledge, experience, and hope.
They are written for those who prefer something simple and close to heart, as well as for readers who wish to dive deeper.
Thank you to Rachel James and the CHADD team for recognizing the value of the project.
The books have been reviewed and listed as suitable for parents, caregivers, adults, adolescents, and professionals.
This means a lot — and it’s truly special. 🌿
