A note to the listener

This audiobook was recorded before the final edits were made to the caregiver chapter. While the book itself holds well in audio, I was not entirely satisfied with the pacing of the table of contents, which may feel a bit rushed.

Rather than revising the recording, I chose to let the process show. The caregiver chapter was later revised and expanded, and you will therefore receive the updated version as an e-book.
